Workshop on advanced motorway traffic control

Dynamic management of traffic systems, especially motorways, is perhaps the only way to ameliorate congestion on our overcrowded motorways. The DACCORD Workshop on Advanced Motorway Traffic Control will be held at Lancaster University on Friday 11th December 1998. The workshop is aimed at research workers in industry and academia from the fields of transport engineering, control and management.
