Workshop on advanced motorway traffic control

Information for participants

The workshop will be held in Lecture Theatre 3 at the Lancaster University Conference Centre. A map of campus is now available from the university web site, although unfortunately the new Conference Centre is not marked yet!

The entrance to the Conference Centre is close to the Chaplaincy Centre (number 8 on the map), which itself can be found on the north-west perimenter road and is easily identified from its tall white spires. The Conference Centre is signposted from Bowland Avenue, which runs north-south alongside the Chaplaincy Centre.

If you any problem, then the staff at the university Reception Lodge, marked on the map as number 43 (again close to the Chaplaincy Centre), should be able to help.

Participants travelling by car should park anywhere on the perimeter road, avoiding the areas signposted for inner zone parking permits only. Outer zone parking tickets will be available from the Conference Centre.

Note for DACCORD partners: The Plenary Meeting is not being held at the Conference Centre (details).
